Jack is an associate specialising in corporate work for clients in the sports and media industries. Before joining Onside Law, Jack trained and qualified into PwC’s corporate legal team.
Jack has experience advising investors, corporates, founders and governing bodies on a range of UK and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, including M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, structuring and general corporate advisory matters.
Outside the office, Jack can generally be found chasing a football or a golf ball (with varying levels of success) or running around SW London hoping his knees survive the London Marathon
