Ben has experience advising founders, corporates and institutional investors on a range of corporate and commercial transactions including M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and growth equity investments.
Prior to joining Onside Law, Ben trained and qualified into the Corporate M&A team at Allen & Overy LLP (now A&O Shearman LLP).
