Hannah has experience advising clients on dispute resolution and regulatory matters. Her practice includes High Court litigation and international and domestic arbitration, including FA Rule K arbitration proceedings, advising an international cricket governing body in LCIA arbitration, acting on behalf of a European sports governing body in Commercial Court proceedings and acting for an individual in a claim for unlawful means conspiracy.
On the regulatory and disciplinary side, Hannah acts for the International Tennis Integrity Agency in proceedings under the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program and has previously conducted investigations and regulatory reviews for sports governing bodies, including in relation to safeguarding.
Hannah also regularly advises on the resolution of disputes involving reputation issues, including defamation and cases concerning the protection of private or confidential information.
Away from her desk, Hannah can be found travelling the length and breath of the country following Brighton and Hove Albion and is often found testing the limits of the 3-feet-away marking rule on the netball court. Hannah is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
