We are delighted to have advised Two Circles, the digital and data-focused sports marketing agency, on its acquisition of LiveWire Sport, a content production specialist whose clients include the Premier League, the AELTC, World Rugby and the ECB. This is a move designed to accelerate sport rights-holders’ transition to a direct-to-consumer (DTC) commercial model.
This marks Two Circles’ third acquisition in the last 18 months, including rights management agency TRM Partners and its owned and operated event, RugbyX, in November 2020. We are excited to be on the journey with them.
